My Favorite Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

I get very nostalgic when I think about these chcocolate chip banana muffins. This is one recipe I made over and over again as a teenager. Back then there was a time I ate these muffins about every day. I love the combination of chocolate and banana. That is also one of the reasons why I once invented a chocolate banana cake for my birthday. But be aware, if you don’t like this flavor combo, this recipe is probably not for you. But if you do like it, these muffins come together within minutes and only need about 20-25 minutes in the oven. So if you have some ripe bananas you wish to use, this is perfect. Make some super delicious chocolate banana muffins. You will only have to wait about half an hour to bite into these!

Chocolate chip cookies with a nice nutty flavor, coming from tahini, that’s what you will get today! I am excited to present the third vegan recipe in January. If you would like to know why I am doing a vegan January, please check out my previous post. In my opinion, chocolate chip cookies are the best thing in the world, they are souldfood, a simple dessert, easy to prepare, they make children happy as well as adults. Regardless if filled with caramel, plain, with brown butter, I have quite a few recipes on my blog, even including a chocolate chip cookie cake, that’s how much I love this flavor. I have been wanting to try chocolate chip cookies with tahini for a while now and finally managed to give it a try. I love the vegan version, even my husband gobbled up the cookies happily and gave his stamp of approval. These vegan cookies contain tahini, the sesame paste as a replacement for the egg. Vegan Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Guys, it is a shame I haven’t posted any cookie recipe in a while! This needs to be rectified immediately. Especially since I am a huge cookie monster. Below pumpkin chocolate chip cookies are my favorite cookie recipe when in comes to a vegan version. I am telling you, they are super easy to prepare and will be gobbled up in a jiffy. Chocolate Chip Cake

If you can’t decide whether you want a cookie or a cake, this chocolate chip cake is for you! It combines the flavors of a chocolate chip cookie with a cake and a glas of milk. My hubby ate it very happily and confirmed that this had been by far his favorite cake in a long time. Since he got so excited about it, I decided to publish it as a possible “Valentine’s cake”, even though it most definitely is not the most common Valentine’s cake. No red hearts, no kitsch, but if hubby is happy, who cares? By the way, I love all the combos of cookie/cake. I also have a gigantic cookie in a pan with the cookie monster on top or this cookie cake with peanut butter frosting.

Simple and Delicious Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

These simple and delicious oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are perfect for any and every occaison. They contain a lot of oatmeal, are chewy, with a nice buttery flavor, and contain a lot of chocolate chips. I love cookies this way. Apparently I am not the only one who loves these cookies. I invited a whole bunch of girls for coffee the other day and these cookies were gone so quickly, I was really surprised. Several asked for the recipe. That is always a good sign.

You need to know that baking cookies is something only reserved for the holidays in Germany. Baking cookies throughout the year is something that is only starting. Finally it is possible to find cookies in bakeries, but usually only a few different ones. I am so glad that this is finally changing. Funnily enough, if you offer a cookie to anyone, young or old, people will not decline. But for some reason we still don’t bake as many cookies as Americans. Hopefully that will change soon. Especially since I am a huge cookie monster and love cookies any time of the year. Especially such a classic oatmeal chocolate chip cookie like this one.

Chocolate Chip Cookies with Caramel

If you were to wake me up in the middle of the night, pointing a gun at me and asked which food I would want to eat until the end of days, I would probably say cookies. Cookies are just so comforting. I especially like Chocolate Chip Cookies. If you give me a chocolate chip cookie with caramel, you got me sold.

Cookies were the reason why I even started this blog. Originally I was obsessed with finding the perfect chocolate chip cookie reciope. I tried more than 20 different recipes before I finally landed on this one. Cookies are comfort food and soul food, in my opinion there is no better dessert than cookies. I love the fact that they are easy to transport and are enjoyed by children and adults alike. Let alone the fact that usually you can whip them up in under less than 20 minutes.

My Favorite Chocolate Chip Cookies

Are there any cookie monsters out there? I for sure am one of them. I love chocolate chip cookies. The basic recipe. I really love the good old-fashioned chocolate chip cookie. Plain, fresh out of the oven with a glass of milk and I am in heaven. I used to like the cookies from Subway. I loved them so much, I started looking for a recipe that would come as close as possible to the Subway recipe.

They remind me of my childhood. They usually don’t require that much time to prepare and they are easy to freeze, to ship, to make somebody happy, including myself.

Nutella Chocolate Chip Cookies

I am a huge fan of cookies. If you say chocolate chips, I am in. If you say chocolate chips plus Nutella, you get me excited. Think of a cookie full of chocolate chips plus a soft center plus a swirl of Nutella. I can’t resist that combination.
